"Restore Before"

​We were absolutely thrilled with our initial Retreat, Restore Before, in beautiful Aptos, California. We are so excited to have embarked on this leg of the PATH Pod journey. Our peaceful and rejuvenating homes in Aptos, CA were a lovely backdrop where our participants were able to unwind and reconnect with themselves and the beautiful humans who joined us.

 

We curated a variety of activities over the course of two days, designed for our
participants to slow down and focus on themselves. Our time together included:

• Hiking Adventure

• Beach Walk

• “Zentangle” Art Event

• Culinary Experience
